USING, RECOGNISING AND IDENTIFYING TRICKS AND TACTICS

This 2 hour session will provide an insight to the aims of using each tactic in a negotiation.   It will enable participants to select the right tactic for the right Negotiation and the right market place whilst helping to identify and counter tricks/tactics used by the other party.
